1. Open-source license
The reference implementation of TensorCash — including the core node,
verifier, mining-API, and settlement contracts — is released under
the MIT
License. The full text accompanies each repository and is
reproduced below in summary: the software is provided "as is" without
warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited
to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
non-infringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright
holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability
arising from the software.
Documentation, whitepapers, and the contents of this website are
published under CC BY 4.0 unless explicitly marked otherwise.
2. Trademark
"TensorCash" is a name used by the project to identify the protocol,
its reference implementation, and adjacent research. The MIT and
CC BY licenses cover the code and documentation but do not grant
rights to use the project's name, logo, or marks in a way that
implies endorsement of, affiliation with, or origin from the project
team. Use of the TensorCash name in product names, exchange
listings, paid advertising, or public statements that suggest an
official relationship requires prior written consent.
Forks, research papers, and independent client implementations
remain free to identify themselves as TensorCash-compatible.
3. Software disclaimer
TensorCash is research software. The protocol, its economic
parameters, and its consensus rules are subject to change. Running
the software on mainnet or any value-bearing network is at the
operator's own risk. Nothing on this website, in the whitepapers,
or in the source code constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice.
The project has not conducted, and does not intend to conduct,
a token sale, ICO, IDO, or any equivalent fundraising event. Any
third party offering tokens, pre-sales, or "official" investment
opportunities under the TensorCash name is acting without authority.
Operators of nodes, validators, and mining hardware are responsible
for compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction, including
those concerning energy use, computing-equipment imports, telecom
and broadcasting rules, KYC/AML obligations where the operator
provides regulated services, and tax treatment of any rewards.
